ProtoPie Enterprise Environment
ProtoPie Enterprise is available in two tiers:
- On-Premises: Utilize your organization's own server and physical hardware for complete control and privacy.
- Private Cloud: Enjoy the security and reliability of an AWS-enabled dedicated space exclusively for your organization.
Creating an Account
Enterprise team spaces are separate from regular ProtoPie spaces and require a dedicated account. However, it’s possible to activate an Enterprise access alongside your existing Free or Pro plan access.
Signing Up for ProtoPie Enterprise
New members who are invited to join an Enterprise environment by a service admin or a team owner/admin will receive an invitation email with a unique link. Just click on the link to create your ProtoPie enterprise account.
If you need guidance on the specific Enterprise URL to use for logging in, your service admin can assist you.
Logging into ProtoPie Studio
- Open ProtoPie Studio.
- In the welcome window, click on "Log in for Enterprise".
- Enter the enterprise URL provided by the service admin.
- Click on "Connect."
- In the login window, enter your enterprise account’s credentials.
- Click on "Open ProtoPie" in the pop-up window.
- Wait a few seconds as you are redirected to ProtoPie Studio.
Important notes:
- The Enterprise URL is unique to your organization's ProtoPie Enterprise environment.
- Enterprise areas are separate from regular personal spaces (Pro and Free plans). To log into ProtoPie Enterprise, you need to create an account specifically for your Enterprise environment.

Service Admin
The service admin holds a crucial role in overseeing the entire ProtoPie Enterprise environment. They have administrative privileges and are responsible for managing members, teams, and authentication.
